You’ve been dealing with symptoms and still don’t have clear answers.

Over the years, I’ve met so many patients who felt frustrated and overlooked.

Hi, I’m Dr. Valerie Scola, a wellness dentist helping patients understand what’s really going on
so they can finally feel better.

They were dealing with symptoms like sensitivity, inflammation, jaw tension, or fatigue—but no one had taken the time to connect the dots or explain what might be causing it.
They were doing what they could to take care of their health, and their dentists were doing what they were trained to do. But something was still missing.
The focus was on treating symptoms, not understanding what was driving them—leaving patients without clear answers.
But the more I practiced, the more I realized something was missing.
Traditional dentistry often focuses on treating symptoms in isolation without looking at how oral health connects to the rest of the body.
Because of that, patients are often left managing the same issues over and over again, without fully understanding what’s driving them.
So I changed the way I practice.
Now, I take a whole-health approach – using advanced screenings and a deeper level of evaluation to uncover what’s really going on, so you can get clear answers and a path forward.
I’ve been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
What matters most to me is making sure you feel informed, heard, and confident in your care.
Patients often tell me their experience here feels different. They say it’s more thorough, more thoughtful, and more focused on helping them truly understand their health and how they’re mouth is connected to their overall wellbeing.
What matters most to me is making sure you feel informed and confident in your care.
Your oral health contributes to your overall wellbeing, and you deserve clear answers from someone who will take the time to help you understand what’s really going on.
You’re in the right place.
